Good To Get Checked: Normally, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) does not cause adverse effects related to chest pain or tightness.However, there can be effects related to increased heart rate or blood pressure. Also, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can cause increased anxiety, which could be experienced as chest tightness. If you are experiencing any chest discomfort it is worthwhile to get it checked out.
