What would cause swelling like a ball at the opening of your vagina after being aroused or having sex? it comes and goes and doesnt happen all the time. i thought it could be a cyst but not sure. it doesnt hurt really just annoying?

A Bartholin cyst is likely. The blockage of secretions from glands in the vagina would have to resolve and at times return for the cyst to empty & fill up again. Lack of pain&tenderness means no infection. Your gynecologist can advise you best.
