Nsfw. i cant tell if i have a vaginal cyst, some type of prolapse, or just unusual swelling. not painful yet. its yellowish, sponge texture, firm, protruding from inside my vagina, and is not round. any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Dr exam needed: It’s very hard to pinpoint what something like that would be without a visual exam of it. Is there any chance you may have a retained tampon in there ? (that could give a spongy appearance perhaps). Absence of pain is usually a good sign though. Would help to know how long since your last vaginal exam - many things progress slowly & would have been there in previous exam. But exam prolly needed
