I had a bruise on my leg. the bruise coloration is gone but now the skin is slightly raised and almost has a very fine fine pinpoint spread of rash texture. it doesnt itch but it has me a little freaked out. i dont usually heal like this. help plz?

The bruised skin can be left with some degree of scarring which will diminish slowly. You can take photo for your records and redo the photo in 2-3 months looking for any changes. If there is increase in size or thickness, seek medical examination by your PCP. I would not worry about it as 99% of such changes resolve naturally..
