I took the STD tests such as HIV 1 & 2 4th generation, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, Hepatitis B & C HSV2 after 90 days of potential exposure and all were negative. Do I need to do further tests or its conclusive? Thank you

I tested positive for HSV2 IGG, none for IGM. I never had any symptoms, i just do a yearly STD check, and noticed i was never tested for herpes specifically. i did it this year, and positive for it. My doc said i dont need anti virals. agree?
