: Jaw pain, since you did not specify, which part may be part of ear issues because of common nerve supply; however you may want to see if you have bruxism when you sleep like are you chewing when you sleep? It is a common cause of jaw pain as well as if you are internalizing your anger without dealing with it in a non self destructive way.
