Had a dull pain in left testicle that went away for a a few weeks but can now feel it coming back it isnt constant pain but its usually when standing still but not when moving around should i be worried about it?

Nothing to worry at this time, continue to observe that feeling and pay attention to the size of that scrotum when you feel the pain. You should see a urologist if pain persists or pain is associated with a bigger scrotum.

Wear a scrotal support. If pain still prsists pl see a Urologist.

When feeling left testicle, the top of the epididymis (epididymis head) moves around as if it is not attached to the testicle. No pain unless Im touching/moving it and the epididymis feels more prominent than the other one. Paranoid or is it normal?
