A member asked:

Left testicle hurts more than right when i do a self exam. there seems to be a small bump on top of the left when checking, not sure about the right. no pain when moving or sitting only when i touch around there, is this something to worry?

Epididymal cyst: Likely explanation for your condition. They are quite common & enlarge head of epididymis & can be tender to self examination. Can easily be checked out by urologist & confirmed by scrotal ultrasound if necessary. Not something to worry about. It is hard, non-tender testicular lumps or bumps that must be checked out in case they are tumors.
