The cause of exercise induced hives and angioedema is very elusive. When this occurs, histamine & other substances are released causing the symptoms. Sometimes eating certain foods & then exercising causes the reaction. Look for triggers. . I recommend working with an allergist to deal with this problem. In the meantime taking an antihistamine may prevent or relieve these symptoms.
