Nondiagnostic: More description of the rash is needed but, better still, an examination by your physician or dermatologist would be desirable in order to make a diagnosis. With the absence of itching insect bites or hives would be unlikely. These could be petecchiae from burst capillaries and, if so, will gradually clear. Get examined if the rash persists or worsens.
