9 days ago i went for a walk then i got red non itchy spots on my arms + the tops of my legs. i have 10. i did stroke a dog. i don't have pets. thxs.

Nondiagnostic: More description of the rash is needed but, better still, an examination by your physician or dermatologist would be desirable in order to make a diagnosis. With the absence of itching insect bites or hives would be unlikely. These could be petecchiae from burst capillaries and, if so, will gradually clear. Get examined if the rash persists or worsens.
