Any tips on how to get this splinter out of my finger. it hurts and i keep squeezing and my tweezers don't work because i can't bring it to surface.

Ouch!: Sometimes just leaving it alone will do the trick. However, if you can't wait a sharp small incision over the site will often allow the splinter a way out. Also could soak finger in epsom salts. This creates an osmotic gradient which might help. Keep an eye out for infection - redness, swelling, warmth, pain, red streaks and more than a little discharge. If this occurs - game over - see doc.
