I got a big splinter in my finger a month ago, assumed it would work it's way out. now there are 3 bumps under the surface. still have full feeling.

Removal: The splinter may have become embedded under the skin and the body is reacting to it as a foreign body, which may cause ongoing irritation. Best to get a dr. To look at it and steriley remove it. Good luck.
