Will getting the rhogam shot help with the next pregnancy if i've previously had two miscarriages?

Rhogam: if you are Rh Negative, then rhogam is indicated by 2nd trimester to decrease the risk of inducing red blood cells break down (hemolysis) in the fetus. Close follow up with maternal fetal medicine (high risk pregnancy) specialist will be needed.
