All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Wish you good health!

I'm concerned about your elevated calcium level and I recommend repeating the test. Over 11 is definitely high and could be caused by hyperparathyroidism and the recommendation would then be to be evaluated by an endocrinologist. Borderline high.lymphocyte percentage is nonspecific. The alk phos appears within normal limits but I'd like to see your lab's normal values.
