23 year old male/ recent blood tests. alkaline phosphatase went from 144 to 155 in 4 weeks. ast 22 & alt 22. no symptoms /feel normal. the full blood panel came back normal except the alkaline phosphatase. waiting on the next blood test. thoughts?

This is a trivial change in alkaline phosphatase and barely above the normal range. Probably nothing is wrong. (Why was the blood test done? If because of symptoms or any suspected liver disease or other health problem, discuss with the doctor.)
