No home remedy: I am afraid no home remedy is likely to help you. You probably have an infection in the outer ear or probably in middle ear with a ruptured ear drum.It needs to be treated with antibiotic ear drops or oral antibiotics. Both of these need a prescription from a doctor. If you don't have an insurance then go to County Hospital Urgent Care or Emergency room.

See a doctor: You need to examined for a proper diagnosis and possible antibiotics as well as decongestants. Your health is worth paying for and preventing others from catching it is also important. Hope you get treated and feel better soon.
