I have a chemical burn from mineral spirits from 3 days ago. it is on my stomach. it bled through my clothes. i have just been putting petroleum jelly and neosporin on it. what is the best way to heal it quickly before i have an awful scar?

It would have to have burned through the whole thickness of the skin to form a scar. If you have any raw areas, apply triple antibiotic cream to prevent infection. Wish you good health!
