Vaseline ointment: The abrasions from using a coarse salt stone can be very uncomfortable. I would avoid using neosporin (or triple antibiotic ointment) because you can develop an allergy to one of the ingredients in neosporin (most likely neomycin or bacitracin). Use simple vaseline petrolatum ointment a few times a day and this will heal very quickly. If it does not, you may have a slight infection, see a doc.
