Yeast fissures: Yeast itself can result in superficial fissures ("cuts"), which can start with trauma from scratching. But the problem is the yeast itself, not an infection that would respond to neosporin or any other cream. Just continue your yeast treatment; they will heal quickly. But ask your doctor or clinic about alternate treatment if all yeast symptoms aren't clearing up after 5-6 days.

Cuts: Make sure your yeast infection is treated. A barrier cream may help. Short nails and don't touch. Zinc Oxide...all the best!
