Can a s skin irritation on the too of my head cause a migraine headache and neck pain?

Unknown : It is difficult to answer this question without a better description of what the skin irritation may be. One condition that comes to which ca cause pain in the head and neck is shingles (herpes zoster, usually of the C2 nerve root). Other more minor and more serious conditions are certainly possible. Please consult your physician for further evaluation.
