It's not surprising: In fact, I can't recall a disc damage patient who didn't have headache. Discuss w/ your treatment provider for referral to proper therapist to strengthen muscles, etc. Legitimate Back Pain programs may exist in your area. I'm glad they're brief, but check out help. But do make certain your doctor approves. Good luck!
