This is best managed by washing thoroughly with soap and water. Hydrogen peroxide can also help to disinfect the area, but any creams are as likely to cause further irritation as to be helpful.

If there is a raw area, you may apply triple antibiotic cream. Do not shave your genitals. It is unhygienic. Get HPV vaccine.
