Yes and no: These are two distinctly different skin orders. Psoriasis can be effectiveness treated with medications and other therapies such as uv light. Vitiligo is generally untreatable.

UVB-NB: UVB-NB has been reported to be effective on some vitiligo as well as psoriasis. Worth a try.
