Topical steroids: are VERY TEMPORARY and not in this day and age the way to treat psoriasis since they do NOT treat the disease ONLY the symptoms (defined areas of the rash) There are a number of treatments which treat the whole body both "topical" (light therapy) and BIOLOGICAL systemic medications! ope this helps!
