Why do my fingers taste sweet? i have never had this happen before, but the past few days i have noticed they have a sweet taste. nothing else tastes sweet, like my arm or back of my hand for example. what might cause this?

First, we have to confirm your fingers are truly sweet so somebody in your family or your friend has to confirm it. Washing your hands and let somebody taste it. If the sweetness is confirmed, I truly have no answer for you.

This might be related to high blood sugar which can come out in sweat. Ask for blood sugar test.
