It is likely benign. However, if the discharge persists, you should have it checked for ruling out chlamydial infection because up to 50% of men with chlamydial urethritis have no other symptoms.

Do not be nervous. There are problems and there are solutions. If your partner in oral sex did not have any STD then you dont have one. Kegel can at times squeeze some fluid from the prostate area. If it does not gradually stop in a few weeks see a urologist
