After you've had one hamstring injury, you're more likely to have another one. So rest, apply ice packs and take OTC analgesic (ibuprofen) for now; do not re-engage the same activity which causes the injury until you are completely healed then see a physical therapist who can show you how to perform specific exercises designed to improve flexibility and strengthen your hamstring muscles.
