Hamstrings: Typically take 6-8 weeks to heal but can be chronic problems if you don't treat them and rest initially. The key to good hamstring rehab is strengthening of the hamstring as opposed to stretching. As strengthening under guidance stimulates healing akin with nsaids, ice massage , etc.
