Dr. Tariq Niazi

Need to see an Orth-: Opedic surgeon, so as to be evaluated/investigated ; treatment started, in the meantime, rice: resting the extremity, icing it, compression bandage and elevation of the lower extremity. Crutches for partial wt baring would also be helpful, along with some pain meds, like Ibuprofen /aleve. Do not return to sports till seen by the ortho surgeon. Good luck ; happy holidays.
