We are usually faced with problem of high globulin levels seen in multple myeloma or systemic amyloidosis diagnosed by serum electrophoresis & immunofixation testing. However low globulin levels can be caused by liver,kidney,or intestinal pathology. Since you also have dropping wbc&rbc you may have an autoimmune disorder. Consult a rheumatologist.
