Is it harmful to drink on lexapro? i cant tell if youre not supposed to b/c its actually dangerous to your body to mix or for fear that it makes the medication not work. generally drink once or twice a month, average 2 or 3 drinks on a night out?

It is not an absolute contraindication but alcohol can potentiate the side effects of lexapro and vice versa.
