Yes: The pressure is in the upper limit of normal range. The question to ask your cardiologist is if there is very much blood moving across the VSD and if so in which direction.

PAP: The PAP of 28 on echo is within normal parameters. The important factor with VSD is the degree of shunting of blood. Ask your cardiologist to explain your situation to you and when and if you are likely to need any intervention for the VSD.
