Will depend on your other conditions & meds and family history. I would go to Drugs.com & what you want to know is in double blinded placebo controlled studies what was the incidence of "messing with heart rhythm problems" seen in those on the med & those not. Discuss with your Dr the risk/.benefit info & you will need to make the decision. Recommend uptodate.com not "online" for goo med info.

Hydroxyzrine has been shown to prolong the QT interval on an EKG increasing susceptibility to ventricular tachycardia & ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest. It's more dangerous when combined with certain meds that slow heart rate & also prolong the QT interval. Your short PR interval predisposes you to supraventricular tachycardias but not ventricular dysrhythmias. I think you're OK
