Potential: The FDA has recently issued warning on the potential cardiovascular side effects from hydroxyzine. If you have no cardiac problem and a normal EKG, I think the risk is very very low. But if you do have a history of cardiovascular disease especially with a rhythm disorder, best to check with your doctor first.
