Vaginal discharge is not a sign of vaginitis or STD if you do not have any other associated symptoms such as foul odor, burning sensation, pain with intercourse, pain with voiding, etc.

You need to be checked by a Gyn for Chronic cervicitis. Also your partner could be rei-nfecting you have him wear a condom.
