You certainly did the correct thing by consulting a neurologist for evaluation & advice as I'm confident that appropriate examination & testing were done. However if symptoms persist or worsen it would be worthwhile to see a specialist in neuromuscular disorders at a department of neurology at a university hospital near you to obtain a second opinion.
