I can understand your concern. I'd be concerned about early parkinsonism. I trust you've consulted a neurologist. If not, do so if you have seen one, I recommend getting a reexamination or a second opinion from another neurologist if you continue to experience symptoms.

Your post does not describe any significant problems which would raise concern for ALS or any other neurological condition, and your "muscle twitching" might represent benign fasciculations. Might seek a second opinion to make certain that no intermittent neuromuscular condition could be present.
