If she can get up and walk around with minimal if any pain I would not be concerned about internal bleeding. If she can't get up and walk across the room I would have her evaluated.

It depends on how and where the dog landed. Great chance there will be no internal bleeding. But if there are signs of peristent pain or swelling, weakness then best to see your MD or ER
