Can i take propranolol if i have insulin resistance but blood glucose normal?

Propanolol should not be taken with a diagnosis of diabetes, as it may slow the heart rate and possibly contribute to heart malfunction. Consult a cardiologist for effective treatment for your insulin resistance.
