There are no interactions between the medications. Metformin often causes stomach upset, diarrhea or nausea initially but often can resolve with time, there are several other side effects. Propanolol has several effects such as slowing the heart lower blo0d pressure, lower thyroid hormone effects, depression, and several others. speak to your doctor
