Can a lump infront of ear be cancer it's next to the left ear under the skin?

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. However, a cyst can also be a possibility especially if it persists. There isn't much to do about that either, but if it becomes larger, red, painful, or you develop a fever, you should have your doctor check it.
