Got punched pretty hard in the face about a week ago.had minimal swellinand bleedin on my cheek/ in my mouth but they are healing well.now i have noticed that i have a small hard ball in my jaw.it moves up and down and is sore what is it what do i do?

The hard ball may be blood in the cheek, called hematoma. It will go down but usually slowly. If it is painful you could use warmpack to reduce the pain. Cold pack when you were first punched may have limited the swelling however remember to stay away from violence in the future. Prevention is much better. If this is loved one violence be sure not to justify it look for help and remove yourself.
