ER trip maybe.: This blow has affected your spelling. If it is affecting vision, balance, sensation, strength or speech; or if pain is increasing you need an exam and possibly a brain scan. External bruising is not a reflection of internal (brain) injury. Neurologic symptoms are.

Go to ER: It would be prudent to go to the emergency room of the nearest hospital to rule out internal injury.
