Consult an ENT with a special interest in parotid tumors, perhaps at a department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you. I've seen one patient whose fine needle biopsy missed a cancer. I favor continued close monitoring of parotid growths. Most are benign ( & yours is small ) but can morph into malignancy.
