If i where to have enlarged lymph nodes in my armpit could i feel them myself? or would a doctor only be able to feel them? my doctor was able to feel some a while back but i checked myself and couldn't feel anything? so could i feel them myself?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
