Your PT is normal and your PTT, while slightly high, is normally not considered to be in the clinically suspicious range. If these were just routine screening tests (for instance preoperatively) then they are normal. Otherwise they need to interpreted in the context of the entire clinical picture.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, in isolation, these results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
