I have a spot on my skin that was infected but treated. it gets what seems to be fluid buildup though underneath and some red bumps around in a circle with minor itching, but no fluid exiting out or leaking. steroid helps keep it down for awhile?

This could be a herpes virus infection. If so treatment is available and recommended. Consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
