A member asked:

Can cervical spondylosis (narrow and intact) at c5, c6, c7, c8, t1 be reversed and treated completely with physiotherapy and without any surgery?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sounds like both spinal stenosis and cervical spondylosis, and the anatomy per se will not be altered by noninvasive approaches. BUT, physical therapy, acupuncture, and McKenzie Neck Exercise Program, will enhance flexibility, strength and stability, and allow a more comfortable future. Have close followup with spine surgeon just to stay safe.
