Could represent a sleep disorder, but at age 93 yrs, do have concerns of delusional or hallucinatory issues secondary to neuronal degenerative disease. This appears potentially to get more out of control, and would make appointment with geriatric specialist or neurologist to investigate further.

It could represent sleep disorders associated with dementia such as Lewy body or Alzheimer's. Recommend to get evaluated by a Geriatrician. Thanks.
