I am confused by the comment "he" is missing a Y, since a "Y" chromosome defines male gender. Those without are female. If he has an extra "Y" I can see this as the behavior problem in such cases. You need to consult with a child behavior specialist on management techniques. They are something that can be taught and are defined on an individual basis.

I agree that a behavioral specialist for children is recommended. Discuss this situation with the school and with his Pediatrician/Parents. Modification of his behavior may be possible with therapy. Reward good behavior and set boundaries.
